Support Shiloh House

History

Steven and Vicki Ramirez founded Shiloh Home, Inc., in January 1985. They purchased the first program from an organization where they had served as Assistant Directors for the previous six years. They started with one home, sixteen boys, and six staff members. In March of 1987, an on-grounds school was established in Littleton to address the educational needs of emotionally disturbed youth and provide greater continuity of care as well.

Since the late '80s, Shiloh has expanded steadily. We now have 6 residential facilities as part of our Littleton "campus", and have added 2 residences, a clinical office, and on-site schools at each of our Commerce City (aka "Adams") and Longmont campuses.

Along the way, Shiloh House also developed programs in the areas of day treatment, outpatient, offense specific treatment, independent living, and in-home services. Steven and Vicki feel strongly about meeting the needs of youth with traumatized childhoods by offering consistent treatment in a loving, caring, homelike environment.
