Adams North & South | Therapeutic Residential Child Care Facility
Shiloh House opened the Adams Campus in November of 2004 in partnership with Adams County. The program serves 20 conduct disorder clients ages 7 to 17. The campus consists of 2 residential homes, as well as small home utilized for clinical services and group meetings. The North House provides care to youth ages 13-18. The South House provides services to youth ages 7-11 on one side, and housing for emancipating youth on the other side of the house.
The program is maintained by a total of 12 treatment counselors, 2 Program Coordinators 2 onsite clinicians and a clinical manager. This program is unique as it provides educational services on site. Milieu goals include a positive peer culture, self and group accountability, as well as, development of self esteem, coping, life and social skills. While focusing on these goals, youth are taught the values of community and experience the positive aspects of a home like environment in a group setting.
