Yarrow | Therapeutic Residential Child Care Facility
This Shiloh Program serves 8 youth ages 14 to 17. The program is maintained by a team of 6 staff members, comprised of Treatment Counselors and a Program Coordinator. Treatment Counselors provide ongoing supervision and assistance with the development of life skills, social skills and achieving their treatment goals so that clients may be able to successfully reintegrate into the community. Within the program, clients focus on accountability for their actions and how their behaviors or actions have impacted those close to them, as well as learn to manage and control behaviors and thoughts through the use of effective coping mechanisms, treatment tools and support systems. While focusing on treatment aspects, clients also learn how to live in a group setting and the responsibilities entailed in running a household.
