Job Description

Work with at risk male youth ages 7 to 18 to assist them in reintegrating into the community! Take the opportunity to help make a positive impact on Colorado youth! STRONG POSITIVE ROLE MODELS needed for our OVERNIGHT shift.

SCHEDULES AVAILABLE:
Tuesday - Friday: 9:30 PM to 8:30 AM (Longmont)
Wednesday - Saturday: 9:30 PM to 8:30 AM (Thornton)
Saturday - Tuesday: 9:30 PM to 8:30 AM (Longmont, Thornton)

THIS IS AN AWAKE POSITION!

STRONG POSITIVE ROLE MODELS A MUST! Specific duties include intensive supervision, basic breakfast preparation, behavior management, limit and structure setting, the ability to create/follow a routine, documentation, organization, skill in verbal de-escalation and positive strong boundaries. 15 minute bed checks with the focus of safety and security. Due to the short length of stay for these clients, mastery of direct care skills are a must.

Qualifications
Applicants must BE PROFESSIONAL, have a Bachelor's Degree in a health/human services related field or equivalent experience working with youth in the child welfare arena, be 23 years of age, able to pass a criminal background check and hold a valid Colorado drivers license or have the ability to obtain one.

Compensation
Up to $12.25/hr to start dependent on experience.
