Honoring Dr. Donald Cassata
The 25th Anniversary banquet also served as an appropriate venue to recognize the contributions of Dr. Donald Cassata to the field of child welfare. For the past 14 years, Dr. Cassata has served as Director of Adams County Social Services. Dr. Cassata has more than 30 years of experience in human services, health care, and education. It has been a great benefit to Shiloh House that Dr. Cassata has partnered with our organization in developing an improved continuum of care for youth in social service.

Dr. Cassata and his 600 member staff at Adams County have been actively involved in developing innovative programming in the areas of welfare reform, community resource development and evidence based changes in the administration and implementation of child welfare. Shiloh House is honored to have the opportunity to partner with Dr. Cassata and his staff in the development of several different Shiloh House programs ranging from therapeutic residential care, group home, independent living and most recently, the youth shelter opening in early 2010.
Thank you Dr. Cassata for your trailblazing work and leadership in helping to heal youth and families.
