Support Shiloh House

Admissions

Admission to all Shiloh House treatment programs can be made by calling Monday - Friday, 8:30-5:00, (303) 932-9599, or any other time, (303) 851-0532. Shiloh will accept referrals 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Information can be sent to 6400 W Coal Mine Ave. Littleton, CO 80123 or faxed to (303) 973-1269.

The intake team from Shiloh House will review each case to determine which treatment program best serves the youth's needs. In a continuing effort to meet the needs of youth quickly, assessment beds have been established. This allows the intake team 30-45 days to complete assessments and make treatment recommendations prior to moving the child into an appropriate Shiloh Program.

The referring agent should provide pre-placement documentation including, but not limited to; police reports, victim impact statement, social history; court information including pre-sentence reports, current psychological and educational information including IEP medical, neurological assessments, previous treatment/placement history sexual history and medication history.

Previous response to treatment and family involvement are considered as part of the review of each case for admission. Following a detailed review of the pre-placement material, a face-to-face interview may be arranged. In some cases, phone interviews are acceptable when face-to-face interviews are not available.
