Currently, we are offering intensive wrap-around services, as well as more traditional out patient services. During the assessment process, clinical personnel determine which program a youth and their family will benefit from, utilizing the least restrictive philosophy. The clinical assessment determines the intensity of services required as well as developing an initial play for reintegration.

In keeping with the needs of youth and families, Shiloh House retains highly skilled, licensed Master's level clinicians who accurately assess the clinical needs and guide youth in their journey through treatment. This allows integration back into the community or out of therapy as quickly as possible. Clinicians also provides case management services to pull together both internal program treatment concerns and external treatment team members, i.e., families, probation officers, social workers, teachers and/or other treatment professionals. The overall treatment philosophy of Shiloh House is Containment Theory. This theory believes traumatized youth need all the treatment adults to work together to create a circle of concern which is necessary to help the child to develop a greater trust of self and others.

This structure, including licensed psychological testing and medication monitoring a psychologist and a psychiatrist, offer a compliment of specialized services promoting the health and well being of children and their families.
