Compensation

In accordance with the Colorado  Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $23.01 to $25.41 per hour. Actual pay will  be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted  by law.

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure hardware and software

  • Maintain and repair IT equipment

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

  • Manage user accounts and access controls

  • Respond to IT support tickets and provide user assistance

  • Train users on IT systems and best practices

  • Evaluate and document IT systems

Requirements

  • Must have a 2 years experience or 2 years of education in the related field. 

  • Must have the ability to complete assignments accurately with frequent interruptions.

  • Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information

  • Must possess the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, and adjust priorities as needed with minimal supervision.

  • Must be willing and able to pass a background check.
