Compensation:

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected starting salary for this Colorado position is $21.55-$25.00 per hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:30-5:00

Responsibilities:

  • Electronic filing of clinical reports, case management notes, incident reports, court documents and other miscellaneous documents.

  • The employee is responsible for the organization of the clinical department including but not limited to assisting clinical director, clinical manager, clinicians, medical personnel, education personnel, residential personnel and indirectly all clients on a daily basis.

  • Answering phones in a friendly, warm and courteous manner. Using appropriate greetings and relays messages promptly and completely.

  • Mailing/faxing/emailing/scanning. Meeting legal correspondence deadlines.

  • Greeting youth/visitors appropriately. Notify staff when visitors arrive, helps situate visitors in appropriate meeting rooms, while making staff, clients and visitors feel welcome.

  • Be aware of staff's daily whereabouts and assist in problem solving when crisis situations arise.

  • Maintaining facility cleanliness: cleaning, vacuuming, mopping and disposing of trash.

  • Processing of weekly billing and various daily/weekly reports.

  • Providing support to all clinical & agency staff and locations when needed.

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent organizational skills.

  • Must have strong people skills.

  • Must be customer service oriented.

  • Must have at least 6 months experience answering incoming lines.

  • Must have one year clerical experience.

  • Must be able to type at least 45 words per minute, with minimal spelling and grammatical errors .

  • Must have knowledge and experience of word processing programs and other miscellaneous office tasks.

  • Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license or the ability to obtain one with a clean motor vehicle record.

  • Applicants must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening as a condition of employment, in accordance with Colorado Department of Human Services regulations for child care facilities. This screening includes state criminal background checks, fingerprinting, sex offender registry searches, and abuse and neglect clearances. If the applicant has lived in any other state within the past five years, equivalent background and abuse/neglect checks from those states will also be conducted.
