Compensation: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is $56,000 per year.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruits and supervises volunteers, mentors, and interns across various departments, ensuring all necessary paperwork is maintained.
Develops new donor relationships while nurturing ongoing connections with existing donors.
Creates strategies and tactics to promote Shiloh House and its programs to the community.
Assists in implementing donor recognition and stewardship activities to strengthen relationships.
Coordinates efforts to enhance practices in volunteer management, fundraising, and development.
Manages volunteers and community partners in an inclusive, flexible, and engaging manner.
Maintains and expands community partnerships to support Shiloh programs through in-kind and monetary donations.
Conducts outreach, education, and training for internal and external stakeholders based on the agency’s outreach plan.
Oversees the management of donations, including donation closets and site stores.
Creates training materials, policy manuals, and processes for volunteers and mentors while organizing seasonal events and updating marketing materials.
Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree and one year of relatable experience.
Must have experience in recruitment and one year of relevant Development management experience.
Must have a working knowledge of computers, computer programs, telephone systems, and miscellaneous office equipment.
Must maintain a professional appearance.
Must continue to educate self and seek to understand the nature of social diversity and oppression with respect to every ethnicity, national origin, color, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, political belief, religion and mental or physical disability.
Must have the ability to recognize own personal biases and reaction to persons from different minority, ethnic and socio-cultural backgrounds and be able to deal with cultural counter transference.
Must be at least 23 years of age.
Must have a valid CO driver's license or have the ability to obtain one
Must meet agency MVR criteria.
Must be willing to pass FBI fingerprint & child abuse database background checks.
