Compensation:
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $50,000-$58,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:
Review and document current Revenue Cycle processes and internal controls
Recommend and assist in implementing improvements to increase billing accuracy and efficiency
Support the creation and refinement of reports using ERP/accounting systems
Ensure billing data is accurately reflected across internal systems and reconciled with payments
Track payments, post transactions, and assist with collections and resolving billing issues
Maintain contract files and collaborate with the Accounting Manager on outstanding invoices
Provide recommendations for improved collections and follow-up efforts
Requirements:
Must demonstrate professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive financial and client-related information
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
Must have a Bachelor's degree in an accounting-related field or will have completed the core courses, including Intermediate Accounting, in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in an accounting-related field.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office and preferably an accounting software tool such as NetSuite.
Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a comprehensive background screening in accordance with Colorado Department of Human Services regulations for residential child care facilities. This includes FBI fingerprinting, child abuse and neglect registry checks, sex offender registry checks, and out-of-state background checks (if applicable).
Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license or the ability to obtain one with a clean motor vehicle record
